Kerr Dam Rehabilitation Project

Shirt Design

The Kerr Dam Rehabilitation Project required significant time and effort from the Brayman team, and project managers wanted to express their appreciation for the outstanding work. I was tasked with creating a simple design of the dam, along with a mockup that included the logos of project partners. Using a reference photo of the dam, I designed the artwork in Adobe Illustrator, limiting the color palette to maintain a minimalist aesthetic. I then created mockups in Adobe Photoshop. One challenge was obtaining vector files for all the logos  to provide the vendor within a short timeline, which led me to create custom vectors for the logos we didn't already have. The final design was printed in a limited run for each team member, resulting in a high-quality, professional product that effectively captured the project’s success.

ACR x Iron Workers

Sticker Design

Advanced Construction Robotics (ACR) strives to build positive relationships with Iron Workers to integrate their tools into the trade. As ACR prepared to exhibit at the IMPACT Annual Convention and Trade Show, they requested a sticker design that symbolized the collaboration between the two organizations. Intended primarily for hard hats but versatile enough for other uses, I used Adobe Illustrator to create a design that represented ACR, the Iron Workers, and Pittsburgh. I also worked with vendors to finalize sizing, material, colors, and print production. The finished stickers were distributed at this year’s event.

Rat Pack Championship

Ring Design

This was a project I never thought I would see.  Helping design a ring for a local hockey team.  The team already had a solid idea in their minds of the style of ring they wanted and what should be on it.  It was up to me to take what was in their minds and bring it to life in print design.  Making sure color, scale and detail were not lost in production.

As this was my first time creating a jewelry design, I had to step outside of the usual "comfort zone".  The task began by figuring out how to do a flat design of the sides. Once I was able to create that 2D outline, the rest of the design fell into place. After a few technical edits, the client(s) were very happy with the final product, and felt the ring was even better than what they had envisioned.  This project was sent to jewelers and the ring was created.
